The following are in addition to our Standard Terms and Conditions available on request. E&OE.

Free IT Audit.

The Free IT Audit is provided to allow an Organisation to sample the consultancy services that Aberdeen Business Computing can provide.

Aberdeen Business Computing will only audit the critical system components that it considers to be essential to the day to day running of the organisation.

The Free IT Audit is restricted to a single site visit by an Aberdeen Business Computing Consultant lasting no longer than 1 hour. If at any point the Consultant decides that the audit will take longer than one hour, you will be given the option to have a smaller part of your systems audited or to be provided with a quotation to have a complete audit performed.

When complete the Organsation will be provided with a short report, detailing Aberdeen Business Computingís independent opinion of the Audited systems.

Only one free Audit session is available per Organisation.

The Free IT Audit is not available to customers with and existing Maintenance Agreement.

Free Problem Solving Session.

The Free Problem Solving session is provided to allow an Organisation to sample the Technical Support services that Aberdeen Business Computing can provide.

At the beginning of the visit it is the Organisationís responsibility to identify the scope of the Problem they wish to have solved.

It is the Organisationís responsibility to ensure that the Aberdeen Business Computing Engineer is provided with all information and data that is required to solve the problem.

The Free Problem Solving session is restricted to a single site visit by an Aberdeen Business Computing Engineer lasting no longer than 1 hour. If at any point the Engineer decides that the Problem, as defined by the Organisation will take longer than one hour to solve, the Organisation will be given the option to have a less time consuming problem solved or to be provided with a quotation to have the original problem solved.

Customer Guarantee.

To benefit from the piece of mind provided by our Customer Guarantee, your organisation must have a valid Maintenance Agreement with Aberdeen Business Computing. The guarantee does not apply to customers who use our services on pay as you go terms.

We will always endeavour to respond to customers as quickly as possible. The period of 4 hours reffered to in the guarantee begins when an ABC engineer starts work to repair a system. The period of 4 hours does not begin when the problem is reported to Aberdeen Business Computing.

The Guarantee is offered to give you reassurance that Aberdeen Business Computing has configured your critical IT systems so that they can recover from a failure quickly. The guarantee only applies to individual systems that Aberdeen Business Computing has declared to be covered by the Customer Guarantee. Having a valid Maintenance Agreement with Aberdeen Business Computing does not mean that all of your IT systems are covered by our Customer Guarantee.

Small Business Server 2003 Demonstration

A broadband internet connection is required for the Small Business Server 2003 demonstration.

Customer Confidentiality.

Aberdeen Business Computing will treat all information disclosed to its staff as confidential.
